Frazier was a WWII Veteran. He was drafted into the U S Army on January 15, 1945 and was honorably discharged on November 25, 1946. He was in the Pacific Campaign, being stationed at Guam, Saipan and Iwo Jima. He was awarded the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and the Army of Occupation Medal. Leroy loved his Country and was always proud of his military service. He always felt that President Harry Truman was the greatest American that ever lived because he dropped the Atomic bomb. He was stationed on the island of Saipan where they were getting ready to invade before the bomb was dropped. He always felt that many lives both American and Japanese were saved. He was know for his friendliness and his quick wit. Leroy you are missed every day.
