My wreath is in memory of my maternal grandfather who served in WWI. He was injured on the battlefield in France, carrying the bullet in his body until the day he died. The war impacted his life, much like it does so many of our returning veterans of today. He suffered from "shell shock", yet went on to have a wonderful family and successful business.
