Edward (Jerry) Burress enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1953. He served in Japan during the Korean War maintaining airplanes. He was in active service for four years, followed by four years in the Air Force Reserve. He was honorably discharged as a sergeant in 1961. Thank you for your service to our country, Jerry.
