Welcome to the NJ0331P - Princeton Chapter - NSDAR's Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 19, 2026 at 12:00 pm (EST), NJ0331P - Princeton Chapter - NSDAR will be helping Cedar Hill Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Directions to Cemetery

Cedar Hill Cemetery

385 Mercer Street, Hightstown, NJ

Upon arrival, please follow the human directors for parking. The ceremony will take place at the large American flag at the entrance of the cemetery. 

Parking Instructions

Parking is allowed within both sides of the cemetery; the cemetery spans both sides of Mercer Street. It is mostly one-direction/narrow roadways. Please no parking on the grass. Those that arrive early will be among the first to depart. 
New this year - we have approval to park at the Hightstown High School located behind the cemetery (25 Leshin Lane, Hightstown). There is an opening in the fence near the tree line allowing participants to walk through to the cemetery. 

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony and wreath placement at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Please register to volunteer so that you will receive updates via email.

Here are some things to know about the ceremony/wreath placement:

  • Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome. Kids are encouraged to join!
  • Arrive before 9:45am to ensure adequate time for parking/walking to ceremony site.
  • The ceremony will begin at 10am and is approx 20 mins in total. Children will be prompted to join together to say the Pledge of Allegiance. Wreath laying will immediately follow the conclusion of the ceremony. Note - chairs are not provided for the ceremony but feel free to bring one, as needed. 
  • There are 475+ veterans/ wreaths at this location.
  • Reminder to bring gloves and wear boots as this is an outdoor event and there is uneven pavements/grounds.
  • Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
  • We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.

The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
